Bay history

About the street that is not on any map, and the people who keep the site.

What this place is

BaPorn is an adult romance site set on Bay Street, an invented seaside street with sixteen shops. Each shop is kept by a fictional woman who talks to you across her counter. Everything she says is generated by an AI model, while the street, the trades and the gossip are all made up.

What it is not

It is not a store. Nothing in any window is for sale, nothing will be shipped and nobody can be visited. The only pictures are the portraits and banners drawn for the keepers; nothing beyond them has been made.

Why a street

A grid of faces asks you to choose without context. A street gives you geography, neighbours and a reason to wander, and the shopkeepers' knowledge of one another gives each chat a little extra to say. Small places make for good conversation, and an invented one makes for a safe one. A keeper with ten customers a day has time for each of them, and that scarcity is the luxury this street sells, though it sells nothing else.

Grown-ups only

Every keeper is an adult of 20 or older with a working life, and every visitor has to be 18 or over. Those limits are written into the system and tested, and we do not loosen either.
